The love may have fizzled, but the drama will not stop in the Humphries-Kardashian marriage.

Kris Humphries is now refusing to give his bride Kim Kardashian a divorce?until she publicly apologizes and admits that the wedding was fake, according to the New York Post.
A source told the Post?Humphries even gave up $7 million in "hush money."
"Kim?s camp is depicting him as money-hungry, but in fact he turned down a $7 million settlement. Her camp is putting out stories about 'Kim's divorce hell' hoping he'll cave in, but he won't."

The source also said Humphries did want a real marriage, and he's upset the Kardashians are trying to paint Kim as a victim.
"Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage."
